TASTING NOTES
Fowles Wine Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep cherry red with aromas of blackberry and blueberry meld with savoury oak notes. The palate is medium bodied with nice dark red and black fruit weight.

Being a wine of high sophistication, Cabernet Sauvignon can pair with all manner of beast. Grilled meats are a friend, along with other intense dishes like mushroom soup, Chinese BBQ duck, a thick-cut sirloin and American BBQ.
